A Trip to the Firehouse!- A Review of Firehouse Subs ğŸ”¥

The other day I was invited to Firehouse Subs soft opening! and I am so thrilled this exciting chain is joining the Hamilton community.

The restaurant is really cool, it was originally founded by American firemen and the chain has several locations in both the US and now Canada. Thus the theme of the restaurant,  they have fire men’s jackets hanging complete with boots masks and heats, the traditional red accents throughout the restaurant. They also included a shelf stacked with hot sauces, they really bring the heat🔥

The subs themselves are stacked with meat and are sliced in-house each day and they come in a variety of creative options that are fully loaded with mayo, mustard, onions, pickles.

I opted for the Engineer, smoked turkey, swiss cheese (I opted out of the cheese), mushrooms, lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo, mustard, tomatoes on white bread, they are always served toasted, which I love! In a combo, it comes with chips and a drink, and the have all dressed chips! (my fav) I found the sub really filling, and a decent value at $8.99.

The staff was so friendly and I really liked the atmosphere it was really well thought out and I really loved the attention to detail. All in all, although I am not a huge sub person, I would definitely visit again!

If you want to try out FireHouse subs for yourself be sure to head out to their grand opening tomorrow March 23rd! They are located at 512 Highland Rd W Stoney Creek, ON

Happy Eating!!!
