Summer can be so busy, lots of events like backyard BBQs, patio drinks, beach trips, weddings, family reunions and let’s not forget, trips to the cottage! With all this going on, you know you need to have your feet looking on point! So every month this summer I will be giving you a review of a new location for pedicures! So look out Hamilton!

For the month of June and in honour of Canada Day celebrations! I decided to head over to Flo on Locke St. S. I went over on my lunch break to get their pedicure, which takes approx. 50mins . Upon my arrival, I was greeted right away by the girls working! It was lovely because it was so nice and quiet!

I love the interior of the spa! It’s light and bright with marble accents and comfy chairs! So cute and girly! It was also very clean! Which is super important to me when I’m receiving any cosmetic services! The esthetician I had was really great! Actually, all the estheticians were really friendly. They were all chatting with myself and other clients, which I found to be very welcoming.

Now, on to what you all been waiting for, the pedicure! It began with a nail trim and shaping, a cuticle clean up and then a good foot buffer (my favorite part!). They use a buffer tool so it really gets all the dry skin off! This was followed by a foot soak and then a foot scrub which felt amazing! After that, a moisturizer was applied with a bit of a massage.

They had a great color selection, all OPI I believe. I picked a nice festive red for Canada Day and it was applied perfectly! I was very impressed with the service and quality of the pedicure. I brought the wrong shoes that day (they covered my pinky toe) and my esthetician was kind enough to allow me to borrow their flip flops and bring them back after work, which was super sweet of her!

I would definitely return!
